Select the program for which you have been given your TAN Number. You can only choose one. If you wish to make use of another program, you need to begin the process again.

   

Step 3: Enter your TAN (Transaction) Number:

Click within the box and type in the TAN Number you have been given. Please differentiate between upper and lower case (Capitals and non-capitals).
Tip: The most effective way to input your TAN number is to use the "cut and paste" method in order to ensure there is no misspelling.
(Note: If you input the TAN-number manually, please note the symbols 0 or O or o are ALWAYS numerical; the letter "O" does not occur in a TAN-number).

   

Step 4: Order your Questionnaire

When you click on the 'Start the Download' button below, a new dialogue box will appear. Please choose SAVE and make a note of where you have saved the file. You can re-open this file any time you wish with a double mouse-click.

 

 Step 4 - an explanation

The download can take up to 2-3 minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection.
As soon as the download begins, you can save money by cutting your internet connection immediately.
Once the download is complete, you can input your answers straight away or open the file later from where you have saved it and go to work then. Once you have completed the questionnaire, you will be specifically asked to restore your internet connection so that your responses can be forwarded to our server.

Please note you have to complete the questionnaire in one session. You will need about 60 mins and will not be able to interrupt the process.

As soon as you begin Step 3 (Downloading), your computer will ask you where you wish to store the Questionnaire. In most cases you will opt for Drive C.
When you have completed your answers, all information inputted by you is encoded and sent to us in format unreadable by any third party. It can only be "unscrambled" by the Master program which carries out the assessment.
